The short version

The extension keeps what you make on your own computer — we never receive it. This website only holds what you deliberately type into it: an account, if you create one, and a message, if you send one.

The extension

Your desktops, bookmarks, notes, to-dos, focus history, settings and game saves are stored in a database inside your own browser. There is no account, no sync server, and no analytics or tracking of any kind. Nothing is uploaded anywhere by default.

The parts that do use the internet

Some features have to fetch something. Each one sends only what it needs, and none of them identifies you:

  • The website directory asks our server for the catalogue. It sends the language you are reading in, and your country only if you have chosen to see your country's listings. No cookies are sent with it.
  • Weather, prayer times, public holidays, exchange rates and On This Day come from free public services. Each receives only the place name, coordinates or currency code the feature needs.
  • News is fetched straight from each publisher you have subscribed to. There is no aggregator in between.
  • Sports results come from the leagues' and platforms' own public services.
  • Website icons are fetched from icon services, which receive the domain name only — never the full address of a page.
  • Trading charts and videos are embedded, and load only after you interact with them.
  • Google Drive backup is off unless you connect it. If you do, a single backup file goes to a private folder that only this extension can see, and you can disconnect at any time.
  • One bookmark feature can fetch a page's title and description through a third-party reader. It is off by default, because turning it on means sending that page's full address to someone else.

Accounts on this website

If you register to submit a website, we store your name, email address, a scrambled version of your password, your phone number, your country and your language. Your email is used to confirm the account, to reset a password, and to reply to you if you asked for a reply.

The site sets these cookies:

  • polaris-tabos-session — keeps you signed in to your panel.
  • XSRF-TOKEN — proves a form was submitted by you and not by another site.
  • locale — remembers the language you chose, so the site opens in it next time.
  • A "remember me" cookie, only if you tick that box when signing in.

While you are signed in, the session record includes the address you connected from and your browser's description. It is deleted when the session ends.

Messages you send us

The form sends what you typed, plus the language and version you were using, so we can reproduce a problem. Your email address is included only if you filled that field in.

We do not store your address with your message. What we keep instead is a one-way code derived from it that changes every day — enough to spot one machine flooding the form, useless for following anyone across time. Your browser's description is kept shortened.

Payments

Sponsored placements are paid through NowPayments, on their pages, not ours. We send them an amount, a currency and an order number — never your name, your email or your address. What comes back and is stored here is the payment status and the provider's own record of the transaction.

What we never do

  • Sell or rent your data to anyone
  • Run advertising or tracking scripts, on this site or in the extension
  • Add third-party analytics
  • Read what is stored inside your browser

Keeping and deleting

Account details are kept while the account exists. To have an account and its listings deleted, write to us at the address below and we will do it. Anything stored inside the extension is yours alone — removing the extension, or using its factory reset, erases it, and we never had a copy.
